The coating composition consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight. AFP galvalume coil is a composite coated coil obtained by performing fingerprint-resistant treatment on the surface of galvalume sheet., The production process of Al-Zinc plated steel sheet is similar to that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheet, which is a continuous melt coating process. 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated Al-Zinc plated steel sheet has superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel sheet of the same thickness when exposed to the same environment on both sides. 55% Al-Zinc alloy coated Al-Zinc plated steel sheet not only has good corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.
