RMP PPGL green Galvalume Dx51D 0.35mm Painted Corrugated Steel Roofing Sheet

Galvanised corrugated steel sheet plays a role in protecting the metal on the one hand and decorating on the other. This steel plate coating can be divided into organic coating, inorganic coating and composite coating, with the fastest development of organic coated steel plate.

Performance

　　(1) Pollution resistance. Galvanized corrugated sheet has a strong resistance to pollution, ketchup, lipstick, coffee drinks, edible oils, etc. coated in polyester class coating surface, placed 24 h, wash and dry with washing liquid, its surface gloss, colour without change.

　　(2) High temperature resistance. Galvanized corrugated sheet in 120 ℃ oven continuous heating 90 h, the coating gloss, colour has no obvious changes.

　　(3) Low temperature resistance. Galvanised corrugated sheet is placed at a low temperature of -54℃ for 24 h, and there is no significant change in the bending and impact resistance of the coating.

　　(4) Boiling water resistance. After the specimens of various corrugated boards are immersed in boiling water for 60 min, there is no change in the surface gloss and colour, and there is no blistering, softening, swelling and other phenomena.
