Zero Spangle Galvanized Steel : In hot dip galvanising, only a certain amount of aluminium is added to the zinc solution and no lead-free, antimony or tin is added to produce a non-bright product.

Hot-dip galvanised steel coil (GI) is made by passing a fully hardened steel sheet, which has undergone a pickling and rolling process, through a zinc pot, thereby coating the surface with a zinc film. Due to the properties of zinc, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, paintability and workability.
