HDP Highly Durable Polyester Coating
HDP high durability color coated plate adopts HDP polyester coating, which has excellent durability, high molecular weight resin, less polymer branching chain, stable binding energy, and resistance to photodegradation, so it is hard to chalk and high gloss level is not reduced.
HDP color steel plate adopts inorganic ceramic pigments, and is not easily faded by sunlight.
The most important performance of high weather resistant polyresin is its high weather resistance and strong corrosion resistance, and it is mainly used in areas with long sunshine hours, high dryness, or large day/night temperature differences and more severe humidity.
The range of use is wide. Color coated sheets and coils belong to the high-end products. Coating thickness is generally 5UM epoxy resin primer + 20UM HDP polyester topcoat on the front side and 5UM epoxy resin primer + 6UM PE resin topcoat on the back side.
