Az30 To Az150 Antifinger Aluzinc GL Galvalume Steel Coil Building Material (0.13-0.8mm)

The substrate composition of aluminium-zinc silicon steel plate is composed of 55%aluminum,43.5%zinc
and 1.5%siicon which combines the physical protection and high durablity of aluminum with theelectrochemical protection properties of zinc.Under the same conditions,its corrosion resistance is 4-6 timesof galvanized sheet.It's an ideal material used for the roof and outer walls.

Performance and major applications:
Excellent weather resistance allows for over 20 years of service without maintenance.Early test results of theroof and wall system indicate that it has survived in decades of intense sun exposure,exposure to the sun,erosion from industrial waste,and temperature and pressure without requiring any malntenance.There are morethan 500 million square meters of construction in the world.Aluminium-zinc plate is the choice of architects andhomeowners of all ages,and its excellent resistance to erosion is the reason why this type of roof and wall surfaces widely used.Studies have shown that such roofing systems can be expected to last 30 years or more in mostcases and do not require their own maintenance and repair.

1. Superior corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum-plated steel sheet is 6-8 times higher than that of general galvanized sheet, which is usually guaranteed not to rust for 20 years.

2. High-temperature oxidation resistance: Aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet will not undergo any discoloration or deformation even if it is used in a high-temperature environment of 315 degrees Celsius.

3. High heat reflectivity: The heat reflectivity of zinc-aluminum-plated steel sheet is higher than 75%, which is about twice as much as that of galvanized sheet, and it can achieve energy-saving effect by acting as a roofing and paneling in unpainted situation.

Uses: building roofs, walls, electrical cabinets, home appliances, automobiles, colour coated substrates, etc.

3. high heat reflectance: the heat reflectance of galvanized steel aluminum sheet is 75% or more, which is about twice that of galvanized steel sheet, and when it is uncoated, it can be used as roofing or tiling material and provides energy-saving advantages.
 
4. Easy processing: it can meet the processing requirements of pressing, shearing and bending.
