Among them, the surface coating thickness of sprayed appliance board is 60-80μm, and the surface coating thickness of colour coated board is 18-28μm. sprayed surface has a partial masking function for defects due to the thick coating, while the surface coating of colour coated board is thin, which has an amplifying effect on the surface defects, so the colour coated board has a higher requirement for surface defects than the sprayed board.
